This vintage Poochie tape dispenser is from the Sticky Stuff tape dispenser set. It’s made of pink plastic and features Poochie with some flowers and a cute little snake wearing a hat.
The tape dispenser does not have any tape but is refillable. The back of the original package recommends to use a roll that is half empty due to the size of the dispenser.
