Your Blythe doll will be a beautiful meadow maiden in this handmade folk outfit. Blythe has just returned from collecting eggs from the hen house, and on her way back she picked some meadow wildflowers in her basket.

The outfit features a black babushka or head scarf, a pink blouse, a black skirt, and a blue apron. Each piece is basic on its own – but when paired together, they create the look of a traditional folk tale from another time and place.

The babushka is black with embroidered trim with pink and blue flowers on it, which ties under the chin. This trim is repeated on the plain black skirt and on the blue apron, which is also trimmed in lace.

The pink blouse has short sleeves trimmed in lace and is actually a short dress. It can be worn under the skirt as a blouse or on its own as a nightgown or shift dress.

Also included is a miniature pink basket with blue bows. The basket is filled with moss, handmade miniature polymer clay eggs, and flowers.
