This vintage Hallmark wall plaque features a basket of colorful tulips and says “Each new day is a time of joy, a time of fresh beginnings.”
The plaque is made of hard plastic and has an indentation on the back where it can be hung on a nail.
The image itself is made of paper. The plaque is off-white, but there’s a white section on the back where it looks like a sticker was removed. The original color was most likely white and it has yellowed due to age. This is a common problem for plastic as it ages and is caused by exposure to sunlight.
The paper image shows some wear, it has some yellowing and discoloration and some places where the image is worn, as shown in the photos.
The back of the plaque has a foil sticker that says “Hallmark Plaque DE8511.” The plaque is undated but is most likely from the 1980s.
