This vintage G1 My Little Pony is Daddy Sweet Celebrations, he’s one of the Loving Family Ponies from Year 7. Daddy Sweet Celebrations is a light blue earth pony with light blue eyes and teal green hair. His symbols are teal and purple presents and teal and purple confetti. His symbols cover the sides of his body, similar to the Twice As Fancy Ponies.
His hooves have feathering around the edges like the Big Brother Ponies.
Daddy Sweet Celebrations shows some play wear and there are some pink spots near his tail, as shown in the photos, but he’s otherwise in good vintage condition.
The bottom of his foot is marked “87 Hasbro Inc.”
